Interview Structure:
Each interview will consist of the following sections:

- Ask the participant about their background and why they want to improve their English skills.
- Inquire about their current methods of learning English, including online resources and courses.

Pain Points Exploration (15 minutes)
- Use open-ended questions to delve into their pain points and challenges in learning English. Focus on the four main issues mentioned earlier:
a. Lack of a systematic approach:

- Q2: What difficulties do you face in maintaining a systematic learning routine?
b. Difficulty in understanding natives during real conversations:
- Q3: Have you had experiences where you understood your English teacher but struggled with native speakers? Can you describe one?

c. Inadequate vocabulary:
- Q5: How would you rate your vocabulary in English?
- Q6: Can you recall a recent situation where you felt you lacked the right words during a conversation? What happened?
d. Grammar concerns:

- Q8: Could you share an example of a recent grammar-related challenge you faced?
